A straightforward path from enquiry to delivery

Red Beech decking is made to order. We start with the practical facts, check the details that matter and keep the process visible.

Begin simply

Rough information is useful.

A deck area, preferred board width, delivery region and approximate timing are enough to begin. If you have plans or a lineal-metre tally, send them. If not, we can help identify what is still needed.

We will ask about unusual exposure, wet access routes, pools, ramps, stairs and commercial use because those situations can need project-specific design or surface evidence.

Prepare the order

The product is agreed before production.

    Profile and quantity

    Choose 90 × 19 or 115 × 19 mm and confirm the lineal metres.

  2. 02

    Length needs

    Standard random lengths are 1–5 m. Fixed finger-jointed lengths up to 6 m can be quoted.

  3. 03

    Finish

    Choose raw boards or factory coating in Natural House Company Exterior Oil Pro UV+, Walnut.

  4. 04

    Freight

    We quote delivery around the destination, access and order length.

Secure production

A 20% deposit confirms the order.

The usual lead time is approximately 12 weeks from deposit. This allows for kiln-drying and production scheduling. It is an estimate, so the quoted order will state the expected timing that applies.

Innate does not use an artificial online stock counter for this product. Supply is planned against real production capacity and the order requirements.

Project details

We would rather check than guess.

Deck design, structure, fixing layout, clearances, drainage and surface requirements depend on the project. Until the final installation and maintenance guides are issued for these exact profiles, those details are handled directly and conservatively.

If a question depends on the final board, site or installation, we say so. That is more useful than turning a promising material into an absolute claim.
